Essential Functions: 

  • Perform general physical activities in a warehouse, including loading, unloading, selecting, sorting and moving products and materials manually 
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (including sit down and stand up)  
  • Transport filled orders throughout the warehouse to shipping assembling areas 
  • Perform general warehouse cleaning duties of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met 
  • Select customer orders using WMS System with RFD equipment 
  • Collaborate with the receiving team to properly return products back to stock 
  • Perform audits, check outbound orders for accuracy, and quality of goods 
  • Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team 
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent 
  • Experience using RF Scanners, WMS 
  • At least 6 months prior experience safely operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and understanding general warehouse operations 
  • Speak and write English satisfactorily 

Physical Demands:

  • Work in cold and wet cooler conditions for extended periods of time 
  • Stand or walk for long periods of time  
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 75 lbs occasionally 

Compensation: 

  • Training Period: $17.00/hour (For your first 30 days) 
  • Pay Per Piece: $14.00 - $23.00/hour (During your first year) 

Work Schedule: 

  • Start Time: 5:00am – finished, approximately 2:00pm 
  • Sunday – Friday (Saturdays off and one day during the week)
  • Must be available to work some mandatory holiday as required
